Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in serving vulnerable populations within human services, social services, behavioral health, residential programs, or related field.
• Experience in homeless services, shelter operations, supportive housing, or community-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, establish performance goals, monitor outcomes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop program staff while supporting hiring, performance management, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and documentation while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage program resources, oversee reporting, monitor performance metrics, and implement operational improvements to support program success.
• Promote client-centered service delivery while ensuring programs meet participant needs and organizational objectives.
• Partner with internal teams, community organizations, and external stakeholders to support program initiatives and strengthen partnerships.
