• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience and 5+ years of experience supporting vulnerable populations within human services, social services, behavioral health, residential programs, or a related field.
• Experience within homeless services, shelter operations, supportive housing, or community-based programs is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic case management or program reporting systems is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, crisis management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and drive operational excellence are required.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

This leadership role will oversee program operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and continuous quality improvement while ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within human services, social services, or residential programs, along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive program performance, and support a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
