Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Colton, CA seeks a Program Director to plan, direct, and coordinate work for specific marketing projects within our programs. You will develop schedules and assign resources to ensure targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in child welfare administration and a MSW (or equivalent), with experience in program management and staff supervision. Spanish language skills are a plus; strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in child welfare administration and/or child protective services.
• 2+ years’ experience in program management, FFA supervision or as the director of a licensed program.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science degree.
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field plus 5 years' experience in child welfare administration or child protective services.
• Bilingual in Spanish requested but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and assign the work of staff and technical experts.
• Provide leadership in development and implementation of procedures and programs.
• Attend Board meetings and compose written reports for leadership and Board review.
• Monitor compliance for operations, HR laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and implement quality improvement processes.
• Supervise staff development and attendance at conferences.
