Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is seeking a Lead Medical Coordinator to act as the primary liaison with health care providers, coordinating all aspects of client health, including primary care appointments, immunizations, and medication administration.

The role requires an RN with a bachelor’s degree or higher health qualification and California licensing, with 2+ years in child welfare or healthcare. Office-based position in Scripps Ranch with an exempt status and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• RN license with a bachelor’s degree or higher health qualification.
• 2+ years experience in child welfare or related healthcare setting.
• Ability to coordinate medical care across teams and providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team-based medical care for children.
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with licensing standards.
• Provide medical updates to sponsors, families, and clients as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in planning for medical needs.
