Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead clinical services across sites, supervise associates, and ensure compliance with BBS/BOP and ORR policies. The role may carry a minor caseload and requires strong leadership to integrate clinical and non-clinical operations.

The position emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, quality care for minors, and ongoing staff development within a Center of Excellence framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or related behavioral sciences.
• Must be licensed with BBS/BOP for at least 2 years.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Two years of post-graduate direct service delivery (clinical interviewing, assessments, individual/group counseling).
• Completion of 86 hours of pre-service training.
• Presence at sites within the designated region 80%.
• Bilingual in Spanish requested but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services at each site and provide program supervision.
• Deliver program and clinical supervision to associates.
• Ensure compliance with BBS/BOP regulations and ORR policies, and lead with integrity.
• Lead weekly Treatment Team meetings to ensure thorough multidisciplinary care for minors.
• Coach clinical staff and ensure policy adherence and professional practice.
• Direct provision of clinical services to minors and coordinate treatment planning.
• Coordinate and document intake, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Represent clinical staff on facility committees and liaise with community partners.
• Foster collaborations with federal, contract providers and non-profit agencies.
• Maintain rights protection and oversee grievance processes as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and pursue ongoing professional development.
