Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the services delivered to designated programs and the operation of programs.
• Recruitment & Hiring in consultation with Talent Acquisition.
• Organize on-site orientation and training; monitor training compliance.
• Design and monitor staff schedules to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Manage program finances, assets, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain productive stakeholder relations and ensure licensing compliance.
