Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and implementation of direct supports, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for DSPs and supervisors.
• Ensure program compliance, budgeting, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Manage program stakeholder relations and government relations preparations.
