Job summary

Sevita is seeking a program supervisor to oversee direct supports and ensure high-quality, compliant services across designated programs. The role focuses on person-centered planning, health care coordination, and stakeholder relations within a California program.

You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and safety while upholding Sevita’s mission to provide independent living opportunities for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
• Other education and experience as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Lead program planning and trains appropriate staff with implementation of plans across all shifts.
• Audit records and program documentation for accuracy and completion.
• Ensure licensing compliance and timely program documentation.
