Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple programs, directing direct supports, planning, and health care coordination. You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining quality and safety throughout the program.

You will partner with leadership to ensure program excellence, licensing adherence, and effective stakeholder relations, including families, case managers, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–3 years in human services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Other education/experience as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and facility maintenance.
• Design and monitor staff schedules to ensure full coverage and minimize overtime.
• Lead performance evaluations and coaching for Direct Support Professionals and supervisors in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure licensing compliance and timely, accurate program documentation; manage rights and confidentiality.
