Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Director for a salaried, exempt, full-time role. This position oversees a designated program or set of programs, managing services delivered and the operation of programs. Starts at $49,920 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include direct supports, planning, health care coordination, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring staff safety and program quality. Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services industry preferred.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Recruitment, hiring, orientation and training for staff; design and monitor schedules to ensure full coverage; manage overtime.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; manage terminations in consultation with HR; ensure employee safety and workers’ compensation programs.
