Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services seeks a full‑time, exempt supervisor to oversee designated programs, manage services, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership in staff scheduling, training, budgeting, and quality assurance across direct support services.

You will lead program planning, staff development, and documentation while working with interdisciplinary teams to uphold person‑centered approaches and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Other education and/or experience as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Coordinate program planning and ensure accurate documentation and audits.
• Lead staff scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching and discipline as needed.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of the program environment and vehicles.
• Maintain productive stakeholder relations and government engagement.
