Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
2–3 years supervising staff in after-school or community programs.
Strong interpersonal skills, adept problem-solving, and crisis intervention abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and oversee programmatic development for after-school programs.
Manage all day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth program delivery.
Maintain compliance with funder regulations and SACC standards; stay updated on regulatory requirements.
Supervise, support, and coach direct-service staff; conduct annual staff evaluations.
Develop curriculum aligned with the developmental needs of children in after-school settings; coordinate staff training.
