You will train faculty and staff, collaborate with colleges, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, program assessment, and strong campus partnerships to advance advising technology across the university.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student services administration, education or related field with five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in academic advising and student support initiatives.
• Experience extracting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data using SIS.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to translate priorities into operational goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and ongoing utilization of shared advising and student support technologies across the university.
• Develop training resources and professional development for faculty, staff and advisors.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to identify technology needs and optimize platform use.
• Serve as primary contact for advising tech inquiries and vendor liaison for enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the advising technology program and ensure alignment with university goals.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and implementation activities across advising technology and student success efforts.
