Job summary

NC State University seeks an Assistant Director for Pack Support Programs to guide TRIO Collegiate and related initiatives. You will develop student success programming, provide coaching, and connect students with campus resources to advance academic progress and engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will supervise graduate fellows, collaborate with campus partners, and ensure timely program operations. Evening/weekend availability may be required to support events and activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Higher Education, Educational Research, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience providing support services and/or working on retention and success initiatives.
• Preferred two or more years of experience in student advising, coaching, or mentoring programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver student success programs and coaching.
• Build campus partnerships and connect students with resources.
• Lead program evaluation, planning, and reporting.
• Supervise graduate fellows and provide regular coaching.
• Attend events that may require evening and weekend availability.
