Responsibilities

• Lead statewide alignment of the Advise NC program and build strategic partnerships with host institutions, education partners, and funders.
• Oversee annual training of Next Step advisers and develop a learning roadmap for onboarding new advisers.
• Design and deliver program innovations for sustainable funding and improved outcomes.
• Ensure accountability through data systems tracking lead/lag measures for grants and reporting.
