NC State University seeks an Assistant Director, Pack Support Programs in Raleigh, NC. This role reports to the Senior Director for TRIO Collegiate and Pack Support Programs and oversees initiatives like 1887 Scholars, Pack Promise, and related services focused on student success.

Responsibilities include developing student success programs, delivering coaching, building campus partnerships, and guiding implementation of evidence-informed strategies to promote academic achievement and transition

Qualifications

• Experience providing support services and/or working on retention and success initiatives.
• Preferred two or more years of experience working with student advising, coaching, or mentoring programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess programs that support student transition and engagement.
• Lead and evaluate student success initiatives and coaching programs.
• Coordinate with campus partners to deliver resources and services that promote student achievement.
