Job summary

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) seeks a detail-oriented Program Performance Technician to maintain student records, enter data for registration and LEIS, and manage transcripts, grades, and contact hours. The role supports the Adult Education Program with reporting and assessment administration, both in person and remotely, per NRS testing standards.

You will verify attendance records for post-testing hours and budget-related FTE, alerting leadership when documentation is missing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in relevant field with related experience.
• Experience with FERPA and handling PII data.
• Proficiency in data entry, MS Office, and database use.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain student records and registrations.
• Update and monitor transcripts and official documents.
• Prepare LEIS reports, assessments, and retention data.
• Administer assessments per NRS requirements and test remotely when needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of student records and audit readiness.
