Job summary

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is seeking a College and Career Readiness Program Performance Technician to manage student records, data entry for registration and LEIS, and to support assessment administration in alignment with NRS testing requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Program Engagement and Evaluation, this role handles transcript documentation, attendance verification for budget and FTE, and data analyses on student performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, office administration, information technology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain student records and registrations, LEIS, grades, and contact hours.
• Maintain and audit Adult High School transcripts and official records.
• Administer TABE, CASAS, and other NRS-approved assessments in person and remotely.
