Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls to support the AOIS Finance team. The role focuses on cost control, EVM metrics, and financial analysis for advanced space and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Advanced degree in related field with 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and SAP BW or equivalent.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics like SPI/CPI/TEAC.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Contracts, Operations, Eng, Supply Chain).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support program financial execution with PMs, IPT Leads, and Finance teams.
• Assist cost reporting, EVM, and financial analysis activities.
• Prepare internal cost reports and analyze cost data and performance metrics.
• Compile quarterly EAC submissions for program and finance leadership.
• Prepare monthly cost and performance analysis supporting Earned Value reporting.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, baseline, and EAC.
