Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst EBA (Grade P3) to support EVMS inputs, EACs, and BCRs across Engineering Product Teams and Program leads. You will drive cost and schedule performance using specialized tools in a hybrid role.

The role requires strong cost analysis skills, experience with SAP/APEX/Excel, and the ability to communicate insights to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
