Job summary

RTX invites a Financial Analyst, Program Cost Controls, to join the OSQ Finance team supporting LADS counter-UAS radar programs. The role emphasizes rigorous cost control, data integrity, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include EVMs, EAC/LRE processes, and coordination with Program Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive accurate forecasts and cost performance. Hybrid work model in USMA.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in related field is a plus.
• Capable of meeting critical deadlines and working independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support program financials in SAP APEX and other tools.
• Analyze data to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management for compliance.
• Maintain finance program logs (MR, UB, BCRs).
• Develop quarterly EAC and monthly LRE projections.
• Lead financial forecasts and explain variances to plans.
• Serve as finance partner to non-finance teams across functions.
