Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is hiring a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst for our Linthicum, MD area offices. This onsite role supports program planning, budgeting and Earned Value tasks within the Mission Systems Sector.

You will interface with CAMs and managers to ensure contract performance, provide financial analyses, and prepare expenditure projections while supporting audits and strategic planning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related professional experience.
• Experience with cost performance reporting and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills including pivots, VLOOKUP and formatting.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% and work in DoD clearance environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide program planning and financial control support.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and funding profiles.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate expenditure records and assist in funding requests.
