Job summary

The Women's Empowerment Series, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage logistics for the College Women Initiative (CWI) activities and events.

You will coordinate schedules, vendors, registrations, and communications to ensure engaging, safe experiences for student participants. Local presence in PA is preferred, with ability to attend in-person workshops in Montgomery County and Philadelphia.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attend student events (x2 per year)
• Manage food deliveries to college students
• Coordinate mentors and ensure they're connecting with students
• Manage event attendance administration, including registration and record keeping
• Engage and follow-up with attendees, including surveys
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and local contacts to promote events/workshops
