Job summary

The Women's Empowerment Series, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the logistics of WEW events and workshops, ensuring smooth planning and execution to empower women entrepreneurs and communities.

You will oversee registrations, venue arrangements, and post-event surveys, while coordinating with the Marketing team and local partners to deliver impactful sessions. Local presence in PA is preferred, with attendance at in-person workshops (Montgomery County / Philadelphia).

Responsibilities

• Attend networking events (weekday evenings x1 per quarter)
• Manage attendance administration, including registration and record keeping
• Engage and follow-up with attendees, including surveys
• Collaborate with Marketing team and local contacts to promote events/workshops
• Assist with venue research and logistics
• Contact and confirm facilitators
