Job summary

GLIDE’s Women’s Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to support housing, essential needs, health and mental health services, navigation, and case management for women facing homelessness and related traumas. The role supports ISPs, organizes events, and collaborates with leadership and partners to ensure high-quality service.

The position involves direct client contact, outreach, and group facilitation, both virtually and onsite, with strict adherence to HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred; or at least four years of experience providing services to women experiencing homelessness or related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationships with GLIDE programs and community partners.
• Develop and document ISPs for clients and manage data entry/reporting in CRM.
• Plan, organize and oversee Center events and group sessions, both virtual and onsite.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and timely reporting to funders.
• Provide data coordination and quality assurance checks to meet service standards.
