Job summary

CACI is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the PMO within the Mission and Engineering Support line of business through data‑driven operational analysis and process optimization. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Typically has a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong written communication, concise and accurate.
• Proficiency with MS Office/365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, and maintain program deliverables including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), ITAR reports, Contractor Performance Self‑Assessments, monthly customer sync notes, and Subcontractor Partner Impact Cards.
• Experience applying AI and machine‑learning tools to analyze program data, automate PMO workflows, and enhance NSA contract deliverables and reporting accuracy.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative workflows by centralizing and maintaining program administrative actions.
• Serve as a reliable coordination point for program and government personnel, helping to resolve administrative inquiries and ensuring timely, integrated responses across the contract.
• Contribute to PMO activities involving contract administration, subcontract support, security coordination, and staffing workflows that enable overall program success.
• Support new‑hire processes including onboarding logistics, role placement, mission introductions, proctor language testing, and cultural integration within CACI and Majestic Mustang.
• Collaborate with partners to foster strong relationships and support the development of strategic and tactical plans necessary to achieve project objectives.
