Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Project Coordinator / Program Engineer to ensure disciplined program execution across a multi-Task Order software-development IDIQ. You will own CDRL creation and maintenance, data integrity, PMO dashboards and risk/issue tracking to enable timely, high-quality delivery.

You’ll collaborate across PMO, technical and functional teams, collecting and presenting program data, tracking milestones, and coordinating communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• 8+ years of experience in project coordination, program analysis, or engineering support within a PMO or multi-project environment; government/IDIQ experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CDRL management, schedule/milestone tracking, and risk/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze program data across all task orders (schedule, cost, risks, issues, staffing, quality metrics).
• Produce regular internal reports and dashboards for PMO leadership that highlight milestones and surface trends, risks, and variances.
• Draft or coordinate creation of CDRLs and track their status end-to-end (owners, development, approval, submission).
• Own the PMO portal dashboards (SharePoint, Power BI) and consolidate data from multiple sources for leadership and program teams.
• Coordinate risk, issue, and action item registers; track owners and due dates, and provide status updates.
• Support creation and maintenance of integrated program schedules and deliverable trackers; monitor milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare agendas, decks, dashboards, and meeting minutes; ensure follow-through on actions and update PMO dashboards accordingly.
