Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator / Program Engineer to support a multi‑Task Order software development IDIQ within the PMO. You will ensure disciplined program execution and transparent reporting across the program.

You’ll own CDRLs, PMO portal dashboards (SharePoint/Power BI), risk/issue/action tracking, and schedule management, while coordinating with stakeholders to enable timely, high‑quality delivery. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph; 3+ years in fast-paced Agile development.
• 8+ years in project coordination, program analysis, or engineering support.
• Familiarity with CDRL management and contract reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Power BI or similar dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program data collection, validation, and analysis across task orders.
• Create and maintain CDRLs and ensure on-time submissions.
• Own PMO portal dashboards and data visualizations for leadership.
• Maintain risk, issue, and action item registers with owners and due dates.
• Support preparation of program reviews and customer briefings.
• Assist with schedule and deliverable tracking and stakeholder communication.
