Job summary

CAC I seeks a Program Coordinator to support the PMO within the Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business through data‑driven operational analysis and process optimization. The role emphasizes contract performance, strategic planning, resource modeling, risk assessments, and workflow automation to translate strategic objectives into actionable insights that enhance contract execution and scalability.

Must have TS//SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous proofreading and editing abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, and maintain program deliverables including MSR, ITAR reports, CP Self‑Assessments, monthly notes, and Subcontractor cards.
• Apply AI/ML tools to analyze program data, automate PMO workflows, and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Support day-to-day administrative workflows by centralizing program actions.
• Serve as coordination point for program and government personnel, ensuring timely, integrated responses.
• Contribute to PMO activities involving contract administration, subcontract support, security coordination, and staffing workflows.
• Support new‑hire processes including onboarding logistics and culture integration.
• Collaborate with partners to develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve project objectives.
