Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a data-centric cyber operations program within the Cyber Mission Operations portfolio.

You will coordinate capture, solutioning, staffing, and execution for a ~50 FTE effort, interfacing with government customers and internal teams. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 5+ years PM experience with federal opportunities, and ability to translate complex technical work into actionable plans, milestones, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 5+ years of PM experience with this customer.
• Ability to translate complex technical activities into project plans, milestones, risks, and decision-ready information.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture and pre-award activities including customer engagement and solution development.
• Develop compliant, executable technical and management approaches.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead engineers, data scientists, cyber professionals, and SMEs in program execution.
• Facilitate reviews, status meetings, and leadership briefings; support communications with customers.
