Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in human services or related field.
• Associate degree in a related field with 2+ years FT work.
• Diploma in a related field with 3+ years FT work.
• 50 hours ed/training plus 4 years FT work in human services/disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the program.
• Ensure licensing compliance and client needs coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; plan meetings.
• Support residents to achieve personal goals and wellbeing.
