The ideal candidate has a human services degree or equivalent, strong English communication, and a compassionate, organized approach to coordinate client needs and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or equivalent in human services with related FT experience.
• Ability to develop and implement client care plans and supervise staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to schedule and coordinate services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational facets of the program.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and staff training.
• Coordinate and plan client needs, supervise staff, and schedule activities.
• Develop and implement staff training/meetings and behavior management plans.
