Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage all operational aspects of our Adult Foster Care program (At Home Living). You will oversee licensing compliance, staffing, scheduling, and client support to help residents lead happy, healthy lives.

Qualifications include a relevant human services credential (bachelor/associate/diploma) and FT work experience, plus the ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires a baccalaureate/associate/diploma in human services or equivalent with FT work experience
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED, or higher education credentials
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with program licensing requirements
