Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group in Maple Grove, MN seeks a Program Coordinator to manage operations within our 4-bedroom Adult Foster Care homes. You will support residents, oversee staff, ensure licensing compliance, and implement client-centered plans to help residents live happy, healthy lives.

The role requires a human services degree or equivalent, ability to pass background checks, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/Diploma in human services or related field with required experience
• 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities with 4 years FT experience under supervision
• Ability to pass MVR check, state background check, and maintain driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational facets of each program
• Ensure licensing compliance and staff training
• Coordinate client needs, scheduling, and behavior management plans
