Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group is seeking a Program Coordinator in Zimmerman, MN. This role acts as advocate, educator, and caretaker for individuals with disabilities within a 4-bedroom residential setting centered on supporting residents to live happy, healthy lives.

The successful candidate will manage licensing requirements, hire and train staff, coordinate client needs, and supervise scheduling and program oversight to strengthen staff skills and resident outcomes across the Adult Foster Care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or related field) in human services with 1 year FT work experience.
Associate degree in human services with 2 years FT work experience.
Diploma in human services with 3 years FT work experience.
50 hours of education and training in human services plus 4 years FT work experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee licensing compliance, hiring, training, coordination and planning of client needs.
Supervise staff, scheduling, and development of staff meetings.
Lead client behavioral management and support planning to help residents achieve goals.
