Job summary

Central Clinic Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for Reentry Support Services in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees crisis response and high-acuity operations, developing and monitoring treatment plans while coordinating with courts and community partners.

You will supervise reentry staff, coordinate referrals, and help create comprehensive pre-release plans in collaboration with jail staff and treatment providers. A Master’s degree and Ohio licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Independent Ohio license in social work or counseling.
• Experience with individuals involved in the legal system and working on a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for caseload; coordinate with others.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and provide individual therapy in correctional and office settings.

Position Summary

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for everyone on caseload; coordinates and consults with others to develop treatment plans.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and provide individudal therapy in correctional settings and office-based setting.
• Provide clinical supervision to reentry staff (Case Manager).
• Coordinate referrals and care plannig while supporting communication among courts and community partners.

Adult Services supports adults who struggle with severe mental illness. Each person receives individualized services including counseling, case management, group therapy, and prescription-drug management. Many individuals served are connected to our high-impact programs, such as Culturally Responsive Services, Transgender Wellness Program, and the LGBTQ+ Center.

CDC Behavioral Health Services is located in Butler and Clermont counties and provides mental health and substance use assessment and treatment services to children, families and adults. One specialty program is The Family Healing Center, which serves children and their families in Butler and Clermont counties through trauma-focused therapeutic visitation, successfully helping families build the skills necessary to be considered for reunification.

The Child & Family Treatment Center’s primary objective is to help children be emotionally and developmentally prepared to succeed in school and home environments. This is achieved through our evidence-based practices, our direct-service programs, and our school-based prevention services.
