Central Clinic Behavioral Health in Cincinnati seeks a Triage Clinician to oversee transitional housing for individuals with severe mental illness, review clinical information, determine level of care, and authorize treatment while coordinating ongoing client care and discharge planning.
Requires a bachelor’s or master’s in counseling or social work and current Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S); a trauma-informed, person-centered approach is preferred.
