Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a Project Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in defense or aerospace to coordinate all program activities and serve as a liaison across engineering, operations, procurement, and finance. The role emphasizes clear customer communication, comprehensive documentation, and timely status reporting.

You will support cross-functional inputs, track milestones, and help drive process improvements while adhering to security requirements and government contracting

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of program coordination or related roles in defense/aerospace/high-tech companies.
• Experience supporting large, multi-disciplinary programs or projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities and align with objectives and schedules.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other departments.
• Support customer inquiries, needs documentation, and status reporting.
• Prepare program status reports and meeting minutes for leadership.
• Monitor risks and issues and assist in mitigation activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and tool adoption.
• Support travel for program and customer meetings (<10%).
