Job summary

• Coordinate and supervise all operational workflows per Tower Health guidance.
• Develop and run open houses, education sessions and similar events.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and Marketing to promote program growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service from check-in to check-out and clear fee communication.
