You will coordinate care and education for patients and families navigating high-risk pregnancy and fetal health concerns, while ensuring documentation is timely and compliant. This role emphasizes adherence to care guidelines, collaboration with the care team, and strategic thinking to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• PA Registered Nurse License Strongly Preferred; BLS Certification
• Relevant experience in healthcare operations is preferred
