Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator (OTA or PTA) to join our Humboldt, NE SNF team. The role coordinates staffing and scheduling while serving as the liaison between the facility and community staff, ensuring therapists can deliver care efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited PTA/OTA program, current license, CPR, and a valid driver's license, with preference for geriatric care and Medicare billing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in assigned states.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license as required by the community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs.
• Liaise between Key Rehab and community staff.
• Assist therapists in delivering therapy within scope of practice.
