Key Rehab is seeking a Part Time, Program Coordinator - PTA to join our team in a SNF setting. The role requires coordination between clinicians and community staff to ensure efficient therapy delivery and scheduling.

Education includes completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program with current PTA license, CPR, and valid driver license. The position emphasizes organizational skills, teamwork, and strong communication, in a flexible, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program is required.
• Current PTA license to practice in the assigned state(s).
• CPR as required by the community.
• Valid driver license and car insurance per state law.
• Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Key Rehab and community staff while providing therapy under PTA/OTA scope.
• Minimize administrative burden and support clinicians in delivering therapy services.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under a Regional Supervisor.
