Key Rehab is seeking a Full Time Program Coordinator-OTA to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. The role combines therapy support with program coordination, serving as a liaison between clinicians, community staff, and operations to streamline scheduling and service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PTA or OTA program and license to practice, with experience in geriatric care and familiarity with Medicare billing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Experience in long-term care and service coordination preferred.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in assigned states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to reduce administrative burden.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under Regional Supervisor guidance.
• Provide therapy within disciplinary scope (OTA or PTA) and support clinicians in delivering services.
