Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Coordinator-OTA or PTA to join our Falls City, NE SNF team. This role coordinates therapy services and acts as a liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to support clinicians and minimize administrative burden.

Education required: accredited PTA/OTA program with current license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state.
CPR certification as required by community.
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to minimize administrative burden.
Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under supervision.
Provide therapy within disciplinary scope of practice (OTA/PTA) and support clinicians.
