Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a Full Time Program Coordinator-PTA/OTA to join our Humboldt-area team in a SNF setting. This role acts as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, aiming to minimize admin burden and support clinicians in delivering therapy services.

Required: completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program, current license, CPR, and a valid driver's license. Preferred: long-term care experience and Medicare billing knowledge. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
• CPR certification as required by the community.
• Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Key Rehab and community staff while providing therapy.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs under Regional Supervisor.
• Support clinicians to deliver therapy services and reduce administrative burden.
