Key Rehab is seeking a Part Time Program Coordinator (PTA) in a SNF setting. You will partner with therapists to support therapy services, coordinate daily schedules and staffing, and help reduce administrative burden so clinicians can focus on patient care.

The role requires PTA or OTA accreditation, licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license. Prior long-term care and service coordination experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
• CPR certification as required by community.
• Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet KPIs.
• Serve as liaison between Key Rehab and community staff.
• Support clinicians to deliver therapy services by minimizing administrative burden.
