Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our team in Falls City, NE, managing therapy coordination in a SNF setting. You will serve as a liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, coordinate staffing and daily scheduling, and support clinicians to deliver high-quality care while meeting performance metrics.

Requirements include completion of an accredited PT/OT/SLP program, current state license (PT/OT/SLP), CPR, valid driver license and insurance; sign-on bonus up to

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PT/OT/SLP program.
• Current PT/OT/SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
• CPR certification as required.
• Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.

Responsibilities

• In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope, the Rehab Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff.
• This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians to deliver therapy services.
• This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
