Qualifications

• Experience with CRMs or scheduling tools; ability to learn quickly.
• Reliable, upbeat, and organized to manage high volumes and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach to qualified leads to schedule consultations and visits.
• Manage full scheduling workflows: book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel sessions.
• Ensure accurate appointment details (student, grade, subject, contact info).
• Pair students with tutors based on course level and learning goals.
• Coordinate tutor availability and session continuity, resolving conflicts quickly.
• Provide administrative support for tutors and directors and handle paperwork.
• Maintain data hygiene and up-to-date scheduling statuses.
• Track scheduling performance and report bottlenecks to leadership.
