Felton Institute in Alameda is seeking an Instructional Support Coordinator to handle the administrative side of instructional programs, organize course materials, and track records to support learning and development.
You will maintain session plans, manuals, and e-learning materials, work with trainers and staff, and help identify training needs. A Bachelor's degree is required; hybrid schedule with four in-office days weekly and a salary around $76,000 per year.

The Felton Training, Research, and Program Evaluation team develops, implements, and coordinates training activities for Felton Institute employees and external stakeholders. It also produces program evaluations and impact assessments of Felton programs and contracted agencies. Additionally, the Division provides Peer Support Specialist training and technical assistance for behavioral health and social services community partners in California and other states.
The Instructional Support Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the administrative aspects of a variety of instructional programs. This role ensures effective administration by organizing course materials, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with Staff in course management and evaluations to drive continuous improvement in learning and development.

Work Schedule: Hybrid – In Office 4 days per week
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary - $76,000 Annually
