Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is seeking a Program Coordinator III to support sheltering services for The ARCHES Project. The role focuses on creating a unified system of basic needs and housing services with client-centered care and trauma-informed approaches.

You will oversee daily program operations, training staff and volunteers, and expanding service offerings while ensuring safety and compliance across agency standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in social services, public health, or related field with at least two years of case management or social service experience.
• Advanced degree with three+ years of homelessness service delivery experience and related certifications/licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the daily operations of program services, including housekeeping, laundry, kitchen and supportive services.
• Responsible for all financial tracking, inventory, purchasing and ordering supplies, and purchase reconciliation.
• Maintains facility licensing requirements and ensures the daily cleanliness of the program facility.
• Maintains complete client records, daily activity logs, mileage logs, and other reports.
• Applies crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Identifies program candidates through coordinated entry and direct referrals.
• Entrers complete client data and service transactions in HMIS.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with housing programs, police, and other providers.
• Fills in for Site Assistants and Case Managers as needed by Program Manager.
• Attends and engages in required annual trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
